A used European cell is the more defensible buy when drawings, hours, electrical nameplate, and a local spare path are complete and the owner allows surplus; a new Chinese cell is the more defensible buy when those files are missing, Hertz or voltage will not match the bay, or the specification requires new OEM documentation.<\/strong> This guide does not publish used-market prices and does not rank Wuxi ABK above named European brands.<\/p>\n
